Welcome to Video Science

“Hands-on science lessons can be intimidating, expensive and time consuming to plan and teach. We’d like VideoScience to serve as your digital colleague and science teaching companion to help you find inexpensive lab tools and lots of experiments that are easy, effective, and hopefully fun to offer your students.”

– Dan Menelly, host and creator of Video Science

About Video Science

Video Science is a free educational application for the iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch. Video Science provides educators an easy way to bring science into the classroom or home with inexpensive and easy to recreate experiments, that are designed to inspire and excite kids of all ages.

There are more than 70 experiments available, with new content being added regularly. Detailed notes and equipment lists provided with each experiment, many with links to websites where users can buy materials. Video Science also includes book reviews and a “virtual toolkit” with equipment recommendations.
